1. Acceptance of Terms By subscribing to or accessing the Tenant Expansion Report ("Service"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

2. Service Description Tenant Expansion Report provides curated data and intelligence on retailer and restaurant expansion trends, site criteria, and real estate contacts. The Service is subscription-based and subject to periodic updates.

3. Subscription & Payment

• Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis per user, as specified at the time of purchase.
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with prior notice.

4. User License & Transferability

• Subscribers receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable (with exceptions), limited license to access and use the data for internal business purposes.
• If a subscriber leaves their company, their subscription may be transferred to another individual within the same company upon request, particularly for enterprise plans with multiple subscriptions.
• Data may not be shared, resold, distributed, or used for competitive intelligence purposes.
• User credentials (username and password) must not be shared. Each subscription is intended for a single user. Sharing login credentials may result in termination of access without refund.
• Limited exports of contact data are allowed for the subscriber’s internal business use; however, mass unsolicited communications (SPAM) to contacts obtained from the Service are strictly prohibited.
• Unauthorized use or distribution may result in termination of access without refund and potential legal action.

5. Data Accuracy & Updates

• We strive to provide the most accurate and up-to-date information; however, we do not guarantee completeness or accuracy.
• The Service may be updated periodically based on new data availability and market changes.

6. Intellectual Property & Methodologies

• While the underlying data is sourced from publicly available information, the organization, analysis, formatting, and presentation of the data within the Tenant Expansion Report are proprietary.
• Tenant Expansion Report uses unique methodologies to identify, gather, and track information. These proprietary methodologies, along with any insights derived from them, are confidential and for subscriber use only.
• No part of the Service may be copied, modified, or reproduced without explicit permission.

7. Termination & Cancellation

• We may terminate access to the Service at any time for violations of these Terms.
• Users may cancel their subscription, but no refunds will be provided for unused portions of a billing cycle.

8. Confidentiality

• Subscribers agree to maintain the confidentiality of any non-public insights, analysis, or structured data obtained through the Service.
• Sharing data with third parties without written permission is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

• Tenant Expansion Report is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
• We are not liable for any business decisions or outcomes resulting from the use of our data.
• Our total liability, if any, shall be limited to the subscription fees paid in the past 12 months.

10. Modifications to Terms

• We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time.
• Continued use of the Service after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
